Hey KBS Fam! Tomorrow, September 28th we are celebrating positive behavior for all students with no office referrals with a GLOW dance party! Wear white/neon colors so you can glow when you dance! Friday wear black and gold for MP Homecoming and come to the MC Fine Arts Center at 5:30pm for our All Pro Dads Tailgate!




KBS has a NEW Community Pantry for families who attend our school! If you are in need of food, hygiene products, cleaning supplies, etc. this resource is for you! Families may access the pantry on Tues., Wed. and Thurs. from 3:30pm-5:30pm. Students can access with permission anytime during the week. No questions asked!

Join us Monday, September 25, 2023 at 8:30am or 12:00pm at K.B.Sutton for our first Parent Power Hour entitled, "There's An App for That." Participants will learn about apps and technology that they can use to stay updated and help their student(s) at home! Breakfast and lunch will be sponsored by our PTO!


Last week Mrs. Chapman delivered the Principal's Book of the Month, Making a Friend by Tammi Sauer, to each classroom. This book was chosen to represent the core value of Friendship. #BeAFriend #KeepReading


We want to thank Ms. Collier and The Dorm Parents for their generous donation to our school! We now have a Community Closet at KBS, stocked with household necessities, toiletries and food items for families in need. We are so thankful for this amazing resource that will serve our students and their families!




Our KBS students are earning Positive Behavior Referrals by being respectful, responsible and safe! Way to go, Knights!

Mrs. Wakefield's and Ms. Wilder's ELC classes have studied farm animals and farms, based around the theme of the story, Big Red Barn by Margaret Wise Brown. The children had the opportunity to observe and study farm animals, which were brought by Mrs. Julie White and her family.
