The KBS Instructional Conference is providing professional learning opportunities for all staff members today! Sessions include: Creating a Winning Culture, Narrowing It Down with Math Manipulatives, WriteScore Basics, Tool Time, Fact Fluency 101, Running Records Training, Whole Class Engagement with Curipod, Managing the PreK Classroom, Inhale Peace and Exhale Stress, Problem Solving Strategies, Incorporating Tech in Lower Grades, DI Checklists Made Easy, Masterpieces Math Manipulatives, Engaging Families One Step at a Time, Pixel Art Creation, Differentiation Through Multiple Intelligences, STAR Reading with SORA, The Energy Bus, Growing Vocabulary with Tech, Know Better and Do Better with Reading Foundations, and Using Art to Combat Stress.
We would like to congratulate Ms. Barbara Watkins on her retirement! She has reached an amazing milestone. We appreciate all of your hard work, as well as the kindness you have spread to both students and staff through the years! We hope that you will come visit with us often!

All students at KBS participated in a Cookie Decorating event today! This event was planned to spread joy around the building in honor of the Principal's Book of the Month, The Joyful Book, by Todd Parr. Thank you KBS PTO for sponsoring this wonderful event!
